In the same 3,500+ m² production area where we produce our own OVOX brand, we carry out private-label production for other brands. From defining the product group to ready-to-ship goods, formulation, packaging compliance and production are handled under one roof.
With more than 15 years of founder experience in the sector and our own R&D team, our principle is to manufacture quality products at a reasonable cost, with a customer-focused approach and on-time delivery.
Formulation
Our R&D team conducts its research against quality, sustainability and cost-efficiency criteria. Existing formulations in our fields of activity can be adapted to your request, and a formulation specific to your requirement can also be developed.
Brand
The product is manufactured under your brand name and with your packaging design. The production and labelling standard we apply to our own OVOX packaging applies equally to private-label production.
Regulations
Five-language usage instructions, CLP hazard pictograms and A.I.S.E. usage symbols are already part of the labelling practice applied on our own toilet block packaging.
HANKA COSMETICS is a manufacturer; products within the scope of private-label production are made in our own facility.
The sequence below is followed from the first enquiry through to ready-to-ship goods. The duration of each step varies with the product group, the packaging type and the regulations of the target market.
We take the product group you wish to manufacture, your target market and your packaging expectations. At this stage we determine which hygiene category the product falls into and which labelling regulations will apply.
Our R&D team develops a formulation matching the request against quality, sustainability and cost-efficiency criteria. Where suitable, an existing formulation of ours is adapted instead.
The formulation is turned into a sample and submitted for your evaluation. Any corrections you request are applied to the sample; production is scheduled only after your approval.
Packaging is prepared together with usage instructions in the language of the target market, CLP hazard pictograms and A.I.S.E. symbols. Label content is checked before the artwork is sent to print.
With the approved formulation and packaging, production takes place in our 3,500+ m² production area. It is carried out with the discipline required by our ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 management system certificates.
The product is packed in its approved packaging and made ready for shipment. On-time delivery is the objective our production planning is built around.

The toilet block packaging of our own OVOX brand is prepared in five languages (TR · HU · EN · FR · BG), so that a single pack can be used in more than one market. The same labelling approach is applied in private-label production, according to the language and regulations of your target market.
