Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to this website published under the HANKA COSMETICS brand. The site presents OVOX-branded products and private-label manufacturing services and is intended to let visitors send information and quotation requests.
No membership or account is created on the site, no products are sold, and there is no cart or payment step. Accordingly, no credit card, bank account, invoicing or delivery address data is collected through this site.
The legal grounds for processing personal data, retention periods and the statutory rights of data subjects are explained in detail in the Personal Data Protection Notice. This policy supplements that text.
What information we collect
The information collected falls into two groups: what you send us directly, and records generated technically while you use the site.

Children's privacy
This site is a business-to-business showcase aimed at corporate buyers and partners. It offers no content directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If personal data belonging to a child is identified, it is deleted.
Our products are cleaning chemicals; in line with the warnings on the packaging, they must be kept out of the reach of children.
