From formulation to dispatch, production under one roof

Our cleaning and hygiene products are manufactured in our 3,500+ m² production area. The same facility handles both the products of our own OVOX brand and the private-label production we carry out on behalf of our customers.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

A 3,500+ m² production area

Our manufacturing activity is carried out in the 3,500+ m² production area of our company, which began operations in 2016.

The facility is where the products offered as shelf products under our own OVOX brand and the private-label production requested by our customers for their own brands are manufactured. Our company is a manufacturer, not a logistics or trading business.

Our fields of activity cover kitchen hygiene, laundry hygiene, general hygiene, food hygiene, personal hygiene, the automotive group and the pool group. In addition, formulations specific to our customers' requirements are developed.

Our production discipline is defined within the framework of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems, together with the CE marking and CPNP notification.

PRODUCTION FLOW

The production process in five steps

The same flow is followed both for our own brand and for our customers' brands. The steps below describe how the process works in general terms.

  1. 01

    Formulation and R&D

The product is formulated by our R&D team according to the criteria of quality, sustainability and reasonable cost. For private-label requests, the formulation is defined according to the customer's product group and expectations.

  2. 02

    Raw material and input control

The raw materials, together with the packaging and label inputs to be used in production, are assessed for compliance with the declared product content and with the labelling regulations of the target market.

  3. 03

    Production and filling

The approved formulation goes into production and the product is prepared in its packaging format. For toilet blocks this format is the 50 g single and the 2 × 50 g twin pack; for the foaming toilet cleaner it is the 3 × 100 g box.

  4. 04

    Packaging and labelling

The product is packed with packaging prepared according to the language and labelling requirements of the target market. Our toilet block packaging carries Turkish, Hungarian, English, French and Bulgarian text, CLP hazard pictograms and A.I.S.E. usage symbols.

  5. 05

    Preparation for dispatch

Packed products are prepared for dispatch in case and pallet configuration. Our priority at this stage is to have orders ready so that they can be delivered on the committed date.

R&D

Research guided by three criteria

Our R&D team carries out its research according to the criteria of quality, sustainability and reasonable cost. Our aim is to follow the newest technologies in the chemical industry, to develop products that improve the consumer's quality of life and to hold a leading position in the market.

  • Quality

The product is expected to deliver the performance it declares at the same level throughout its service life.

  • Sustainability

Formulation and packaging choices are assessed within the framework of the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system.

  • Reasonable cost

Producing a quality product at a reasonable cost is the basic condition of our customer-focused manufacturing approach.

Customer-specific formulation

Alongside our standard product groups, dedicated formulation work is carried out for the product a customer requests. Once you share your product group and target market, the process is planned together from the formulation stage onwards.
